What are GCSE exam?

Lesson Scheduling:
Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Between-Lesson Support:
We are happy to support your learning between lessons, but to keep things fair and manageable:
You’re welcome to send quick questions or short texts (max 100 words) for occasional clarification, only if your next session is already booked.
If you’d like us to correct longer texts, voice notes, or written tasks, I absolutely can, but please note that this will count as work. It will either be deducted from your lesson package, or charged separately at an hourly rate if no package is active.
You may request corrections or extra explanations between lessons only if your next lesson is already booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the lesson fee being retained, and the session cannot be rescheduled.
Lesson Package Expiry:
To help you stay consistent and get the best results, packages must be used within the following timeframes:
5-Lesson Package: valid for 4 weeks
10-Lesson Package: valid for 8 weeks
20-Lesson Package: valid for 16 weeks
The validity starts from the date of the first lesson, which must be booked within 14 days of payment.

All personal information shared during lessons will remain strictly confidential.
