Spanish Tutoring Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for all tutoring services provided by EspanEase FZ-LLC. Please read it carefully and ensure you understand and agree to it. By booking and paying for a lesson or package, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined here.

1. Services

The services will be provided by EspanEase FZ-LLC and include one-on-one language tutoring sessions. Each session will be one hour in duration.

2. Payment Information

Payment for lessons or packages must be made in full before the start of the first lesson. Payments can be made via bank transfer or through a Stripe link. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be applied to all payments made via Stripe.

Bank details will be provided along with your invoice.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking: All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling/Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited. The lesson fee will be retained by the instructor, and the lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Late Arrivals: If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be offered.

4. Package Expiration Policy

To ensure consistent progress, all lesson packages have an expiration date. The validity period begins on the date of your first lesson, which must be booked within 14 days of payment.

  • 3-Lesson Package: Expires 5 weeks after the first lesson.

  • 5-Lesson Package: Expires 7 weeks after the first lesson.

  • 10-Lesson Package: Expires 14 weeks after the first lesson.

Any lessons not used within this timeframe will be forfeited.

5. Out-of-Lesson Work

Clients may request a maximum of 30 minutes of out-of-lesson work, such as corrections or review, per lesson. This service is available only after the next lesson has been booked and paid for. Any work requested beyond this 30-minute allowance will be charged to the client at the standard hourly rate. Alternatively, if the client has purchased a lesson package, each additional hour of out-of-lesson work will be deducted as one lesson from their package.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

All services will be performed professionally and to industry standards. This Agreement outlines all conditions and obligations.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • Confidentiality: All personal information shared during lessons will be kept strictly confidential.

  • Intellectual Property: All lesson materials, including documents, exercises, and recordings, are for the client’s personal use only. They may not be shared, copied, or distributed in any form. All materials remain the exclusive property of the teacher.

8. Agreement Validity and Renewal

This Agreement will remain in effect for all future lesson and package purchases unless major changes are made to the terms and conditions. If a significant revision to the agreement is necessary, the client will be notified and required to review and sign the updated document before any new lesson purchases are made.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By transferring the service fee, the student or legal guardian agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
